Our story
ReWork was founded by Sarah Bagg in 2022, with a clear view to offer a different approach to consultancy. One that better served the industries that she had called home for the previous 24 years.
Having had a successful career spanning the Attractions, Experiences, Leisure, Hospitality and Software sectors. From hands-on front-of-house roles to senior commercial and operational positions, it was in the later part of her time working within Ticketing/Membership/Epos/CRM software that she began to see an opportunity to merge this unique experience/knowledge.
As a supplier, she led the sales, marketing and client retention strategy and delivery, and soon became the driving force behind the company’s vision and development roadmap. It was the focus on the procurement process, where she initially saw an opportunity for change. For someone to address the shortcomings of the procurement processes and provide a service to venues that improved the software selection process, from the perspective of both vendors and venues.
Only a year after launch, ReWork began to see a further opportunity, this time to support technology suppliers. From sales and marketing strategies, advising on and planning development road maps, as well as providing valuable insight and market awareness to increase market shares and improve industry best practices.
ReWork believes the long-term relationship between operators, technology, or consultancies/agencies plays a central role in their commercial success and they’re committed to helping clients achieve those ultimate partnerships.
