Development Coaching for Leaders, Founders and Managers

Within the attractions, arts, leisure, entertainment and supporting technology sectors.

Leadership, growth and responsibility rarely come with space to think clearly.

People working within attractions, arts, leisure, entertainment and the technology businesses that support them often find themselves navigating increasing expectations, commercial pressure and organisational change. Coaching creates space to slow down, reflect and make more intentional decisions when the stakes feel high.

Coaching within ReWork Consulting is delivered by founder Sarah Bagg, a certified and professionally trained coach whose work is informed by both formal coaching practice and extensive commercial leadership experience across the attractions, arts, leisure, entertainment and tech sectors.

Having worked with coaches herself at key stages of her career, beginning when she first managed people at the age of 22, Sarah understands first-hand the impact thoughtful coaching support can have on confidence, leadership and decision-making.

Coaching offered at three key career stages

ReWork offers coaching at three distinct career moments, each bringing its own expectations and pressures. While the focus adapts to the stage someone is operating within, the aim remains consistent: supporting clarity, confidence and sustainable progress.

1. Finding your feet in management

Early career and first-line management coaching

This level of coaching is designed for individuals early in their management career, including those stepping into responsibility for people or projects for the first time.

At this stage it is common to feel overwhelmed or under-prepared. Many people are expected to manage workloads, priorities and people without having been given the space or support to develop those skills.

Typical areas of focus include:

  • Managing workload, priorities and competing demands
  • Navigating the transition from colleague to manager
  • Building confidence when leading people for the first time
  • Setting expectations, boundaries and professional standards
  • Developing communication skills and professional presence
  • Working constructively with self-doubt and fear of getting things wrong

Coaching at this stage helps create a steady foundation early in someone’s career and supports long-term development.

2.Stepping into leadership and commercial responsibility

Senior management, heads of department and sales-related roles

This level of coaching supports individuals who have moved into senior leadership or management roles, often without formal preparation for leading teams or holding commercial responsibility.

It is particularly relevant for people working within technology providers or commercial roles where sales, partnerships and growth conversations become part of the role.

Areas of focus often include:

  • Leading and motivating teams with different needs and personalities
  • Navigating difficult conversations and performance management
  • Building confidence in sales and business development discussions
  • Managing rejection and maintaining momentum in commercial activity
  • Communicating value clearly without feeling uncomfortable selling
  • Balancing leadership responsibilities with delivery pressures

This stage often benefits from protected space to reflect, recalibrate and develop a leadership approach that feels authentic and sustainable.

3.Leadership, growth and founder-level thinking

Founders, CEOs and senior leaders

This level of coaching is designed for founders, co-founders and senior leaders working within the sectors ReWork supports.

At this stage challenges are often less visible but significantly more complex. Decision-making carries greater weight and there are fewer spaces to think openly or test ideas.

Coaching at this level creates space for reflection, strategic thinking and grounded leadership.

Common themes include:

• Strategic decision-making under pressure
• Leadership confidence and identity at senior level
• Navigating organisational growth and change
• Managing personal energy, capacity and long-term sustainability
• Holding responsibility without isolation
• Aligning personal values with evolving business direction

This work focuses on building organisations that grow sustainably because the people leading them are clear, supported and intentional.

How coaching works

Coaching is delivered one-to-one by Sarah, either online or in person where appropriate.

Engagements may be:

Investment and commitment

Coaching is offered in six-session blocks,
typically delivered over
three to six months.

The investment for a six-session block is £1,100.

Longer engagements can be discussed following an initial conversation.

A note on fit

Coaching is offered exclusively to individuals and organisations operating within the sectors ReWork Consulting already supports. This ensures the work remains grounded in a genuine understanding of the environments, pressures and decisions clients are navigating. If you are unsure whether coaching would be useful at this stage, an initial conversation can help clarify whether this support is the right fit.

If you would like to explore coaching further, Sarah offers an initial, no-pressure conversation to talk through what you are looking for and whether coaching would be useful.

Sometimes that conversation alone can bring clarity.
