ReWork; a fresh approach for ticketing beyond go-live!

I’ve always had a strong will and determination to challenge the status quo, to be inquisitive and ask myself and others why? 

It’s been through my own learnt experiences that I’ve encouraged businesses to think outside the box, to re-evaluate their processes, and reframe the way of thinking.

So when I started ReWork, it was a no-brainer to do things differently, to improve on what was already available, not simply replicate. 

Some may see Covid as the catalyst for change, but I believe that much of the need was already there, the pandemic just forced many to take action.

ReWork was born from my unique position, having worn both an operator and supplier hat, in many varying roles. 

This now gives ReWork the advantage of being able to see both perspectives of the partnership. From flawed aspects of the sales/procurement process, through to the ongoing supplier relationship.

I believe there’s a need for change. 

The ReWork Warranty

The role ReWork plays as consultants is key in the successful ongoing relationship with a ticketing provider. We see it as ultimately the most important phase of your ticketing journey.

The ReWork warranty provides clients with a series of embedding reviews, to evaluate how the partnership is performing. 

This includes tips and guidance on how to maximise the relationship. This ensures the focus is on an equal partnership with shared common goals and complete transparency, where both parts of the relationship are contributing equally to its success.

Through this journey our focus for both parties is on the what, who, why and how!
