Are you sweating your tech assets?

Last week ReWork had the pleasure of attending the 19th Visitor Attractions Conference, the very first to be held outside of London!

Throughout the event there was a lot of talk about the positives the sector has taken from the pandemic. Many were forced to rethink concepts and take brave decisions that the sector may not have had the courage, or inclination to in the past.

Bernard Donoghue gave some great examples of organisations, like the Living Museum of the North, Natural History Museum and the London Zoo who had thought outside the box during the pandemic. He encouraged the sector to continue in this vein, especially because of, rather than despite, the current economic pressures to recoil and retract.

I’ve always loved pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. Perhaps that’s my creative side which supports a different way of thinking. Or perhaps I’ve just seen opportunities where others may see risk.

Admittedly, it’s a balancing act. One eye on stability, one on investing in the future, and another on immediate actions to keep the business moving and your customers engaged in your brand.

We are in a time where agility, flexibility and creativity are your biggest assets.

So, it’s essential that your ticketing partners are on board to support you on this journey.

If they aren’t, perhaps it’s time to consider changing the way you work with them, or consider an alternative ticketing partner who can!

Are you really sweating your tech assets?

In the ideal world you’d find a ticketing partner that provides you with software and a relationship that supports your business goals and the bottom line.

If they’re not, you don’t always have to look elsewhere. ReWork can help to get the relationship back on track!

We’re here if you need us.
