The Brief
To support LIVE IT increase sales opportunities and conversions in the attractions ticketing sector, to gain a larger market share.
Background
The LIVE IT Group has been supporting the Live Entertainment industry since 2013. LIVE IT’s ticketing systems have issued over 3.5 million tickets worldwide to date.
From sports events, to live music, festivals and theatre productions, LIVE IT’s client base is diverse.
Having successfully launched their venue ticketing product at Hever Castle, LIVE IT saw an opportunity within the visitor attractions sector. However, a knowledge gap was identified within the business, which required a clear strategy for growth.
ReWork was approached to support LIVE IT to become ‘market ready’ and successfully launch into the sector to grow their market share and increase profits.

The ReWork Approach
Sarah began by reviewing and analysing core business areas including sales, marketing, onboarding, product roadmap and client retention.
She produced a comprehensive ‘market ready’ report with several recommendations to support LIVE IT on their journey towards greater dominance within the attractions market.
During this two-month project, Sarah ensured LIVE IT was in an optimum position to win prospective clients. Sarah imparted her own expertise and sector knowledge, which
enabled the team to embed a change plan across the business.
Sarah provided guidance on best practice to prevent possible delays enroute to launch, which in turn led to a positive return on investment and valuable time saved.
Challenges and Solutions
Reviewing LIVE IT’s sales-marketing strategy was a key element of this project. The challenge here was the absence of live prospective client demonstrations and or, tenders from the attractions sector.
Sarah’s created a mock demo scenario. The LIVE IT team presented it to ReWork, as a prospective client. This was a great opportunity to showcase sales, presentation and
demonstration processes. ReWork made further recommendations on how sales conversions could be improved.
