Provide Sales and Marketing Strategic Consultancy, to help increase sales opportunities and conversions in the attractions sector.
Background
TickX have been supporting the Live entertainment industry with their successful technology solutions since 2015. The company recently changed its mission to ‘unlock the power’ of direct bookings for the events industry. They have significantly improved the ticketing and marketing capabilities of some of the biggest names in global entertainment, through an increase in online conversion rates.
TickX have had major success within the US attractions market, particularly within Immersive Experiences. An opportunity was identified to replicate this sales success within the UK attractions sector. Specialist support was sought within the ticketing and attractions market, to help support the launch.
The ReWork Approach
Sarah reviewed the TickX sales and marketing process and offered recommendations, advice and guidance. Her ultimate goal was to support TickX to be marketing and sales ‘market ready’ for the UK attractions sector to increase visibility and engagement with the sector, to grow sales conversions.

Challenges
TickX had already achieved US success within the theatre and immersive experiences sectors. An alternative sales approach was required to replicate this success within the UK attractions, due to significant market differences.
Having identified this key challenge early on Sarah was able to influence:
Messaging – Using the right storytelling to engage the specific audience.
Language – Reassure the reader that TickX understands attractions by using the right industry language.
Visibility – A plan which provided the most effective reach to the target audience.
